I’m back at the helm of the Bard & Bible, and I have to say it’s bittersweet. I love doing this, and I’m happy to be back, but I was so pleased with the amazing work of those who I got to mind the shop for me while I was gone, I’m not sure how I can just go back to doing business as usual. Tonight, though, we talk about leadership, and how I think I was more the leader of this ministry by letting these folks walk you through the scriptures and their life experiences than I have ever been in any other tale I’ve wound here in this podcast beforehand. See, whether we ever bare a title of leader a day in our lives – we are all, in our own way, supposed to train up the saints for the work of the ministry. Those of us called to be ‘leaders’ are doing our best work when we disappear, and all you see are those we lead doing precisely what God has called them to do.
